윈도우는 path디렉토리에 DLL파일을 복사

리눅스에서는 위 URL에서 소스 받아서 설치하시고
profile이나 톰캣 실행 스크립트에 
 LD_LIBRARY_PATH 환경변수 만들고 설치 디렉토리를 지정해주면 됩니다.
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/apr/lib"
